1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.

Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days

Express Shipping (India): 1–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–15 business days (availability varies by country)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the courier’s website or by logging into your Wistra Couture account.

We currently ship across India and to selected international destinations.
